Come with me, Wine Man Dan, as we deep dive into Victorian wines and the many diverse wine regions that are home to some of Australia’s most renowned wines and oldest wineries. This class is more than just classy Chardonnay and refined Pinot Noir (although there certainly will be plenty of that) we are going to explore some newer fan favourites along with the classics that made everyone fall in love with Victorian wines in the first place!
